We all love wearing colourful dresses but what is meant by colour your diet? Sounds new, right? All of us love the spicy, tasty, crispy and yummy junk foods. But are they healthy? Definitely not. So make your diet colourful. Eat vegetables and fruits of all colours. Stay healthy. Eating a colourful meal seems interesting right? It actually is. So let me tell you some ingredients for a colourful diet.My favourite colour is pink. So lets start with it.
PINK – ONION, BEETROOT
RED – TOMATO, APPLE, STRAWBERRY
ORANGE – CARROT, PUMPKIN
GREEN- BEANS, CAPSICUM,GREENS
YELLOW – BANANA, CORN
These are just a few examples but there are such a lot of fruits and vegetables which are difficult to list out here. So I have mentioned a few. The rest are of your choice. Now onwards, not only your dress, also make your diet colourful and have a colourful, beautiful and healthy life.
